Operational Excellence : Facilitate weekly driver meetings focused on safety, compliance, and performance improvement. Incident Management : Respond to safety incidents, complaints, and audits with professionalism and urgency. Audit & Payment Support : Assist drivers with audit preparation and payment processing to ensure compliance. Vendor & Client Relations : Maintain strong relationships while ensuring service quality and regulatory adherence. Technology Integration : Utilize camera systems (e.g., Samsara) and other tools to monitor and enhance driver performance. Regulatory & Financial Accountability : Oversee documentation, audits, and transaction processing with precision and transparency. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation compliance Proven leadership experience in logistics, dispatch, or fleet operations Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions quickly A proactive mindset with a passion for safety and continuous improvement
