Dwyer Restoration, a leading contractor in residential restoration & remodeling, is seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in construction and sales to contribute to our growing business.
You'll be at the heart of our operations, driving sales, and ensuring our clients receive the best service.

Key Responsibilities :
- Generate and follow up on leads, both provided and self-sourced, to drive sales.
- Scope retail remodeling and restoration reconstruction work effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's growth and success.
Requirements :
Experience :
Minimum of 5 years in construction and 3 years in sales.
Minimum of 3 years Xactimate experience.
Skills :
Exceptional ability to scope retail remodeling and restoration projects.
Characteristics :
Looking for self-starters with a drive to succeed and a customer-focused approach.
