Job Title : Regional Director of Operations
Salary : $125,000 - $135,000
We are seeking an experienced Director of Area Operations with a strong background in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) to lead our team in Louisville, KY!
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence and achievement of performance goals.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Mentor and support Area Managers and General Managers to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, health, and safety regulations.
- Analyze business performance data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in multi-unit management within the QSR industry.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
