• Posted : September 23, 2025\n\nSummary\n\nSinai Hospital's Float Pool is currently looking for a Registered Nurse with a flexible and adaptable approach to patient care and a dedication to providing exceptional nursing support across various units and specialties.\n\nThe Float Pool at Sinai Hospital is a designated supplemental staffing pool designed to be used by nursing areas when unit staffing is insufficient to meet patient care needs. We currently have openings for full-time and part-time, in which all are eligible to participate in the clinical ladder as well as committees throughout the hospital.\n\nAt Sinai, we are passionate about providing the best medical and emotional care for our residents and patients.\nSinai Hospital is the largest community hospital in Maryland, consisting of 483-licensed beds that offers training for more than 140 residents and 400 medical students yearly .\n\nALL TEAM MEMBERS ENJOY!\n\n

• Telemetry experience required\n
• 2+ years of experience in 2+ departments required\n
• Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field\n
• Maryland Registered Nurse License\n
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification and ACLS\n\nPREFERRED : \n
• Current Certification - NRP for WICU, M / B L&D\n
• PALS for ED, PACU, PEDS, PICU, & CDCR\n\nFloat Pool staff will follow a 6-week schedule and a weekend obligation of 4 shifts, 3 major holidays and 2 difficult-to-staff days required.
