Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the preparation and management of shipping and logistics paperwork for hardware shipments.
• Coordinate and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate shipment of materials.
• Work closely with stakeholders to track and confirm shipment details, resolve any issues, and ensure all parties are informed of shipment status.
• Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and complies with company and industry standards.
• Monitor shipment schedules and update relevant parties on any changes or delays.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and clear communication throughout the shipping process.
• Support other procurement and logistics-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with suppliers and stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of shipping and logistics processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in Ms Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in the space or manufacturing industry is advantageous but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.

Salary Range : The salary for this position is between USD $50000 - $55000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
