Position : Independent Handyman Company Overview : Nandail Property Management is a leading provider of renovation and maintenance services, specializing in high-quality property management and facility maintenance for both residential and commercial properties.
Position Overview : We are looking for a skilled and proactive Independent Handyman to join our team at Nandail Property Management.
In this role, you will serve as a representative of our company, delivering exceptional services and maintaining our high standards in the field.
Key Responsibilities : Perform general carpentry, including rough and finish work. Handle bathroom upgrades and remodels.
Execute kitchen refreshes and remodels. Paint interior and exterior surfaces. Repair, patch, and caulk drywall. Address minor plumbing and electrical issues.
Repair and install flooring. Conduct general home repairs and maintenance. Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Stay organized, solve problems efficiently, and pay attention to detail. Qualifications : High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
Proven experience as a handyman. Proficiency with hardware tools and equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
Reliable transportation and flexible schedule. Mechanical aptitude. Contractor or journeyman license is a plus. Additional Benefits : Company covers the cost of materials.
