Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled Tosca Tester with experience in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics / SAP) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing and validating the functionality of our CRM system using Tosca, a leading test automation tool.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, experience with CRM systems, and expertise in Tosca testing.
Responsibilities :
Design and develop test cases and test scripts for the CRM system using Tosca
Develop and execute automated tests using Tosca to ensure the CRM system meets the required functional and non-functional requirements
Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize defects and issues
Create detailed test reports and logs to document test results and defects
Participate in test planning and estimation activities to ensure timely delivery of testing efforts
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to testing, including defects and errors
Provide feedback and recommendations to the development team to improve the quality of the CRM system
Stay up-to-date with new features and releases of the CRM system and Tosca, and adapt testing strategies accordingly
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics / SAP)
Strong understanding of CRM systems and their functionality
Experience with Tosca testing tool, including test design, execution, and reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g. Git)
Strong understanding of software testing principles, including black box, white box, and gray box testing
Nice to Have :
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics / SAP CRM systems, including configuration, customization, and integration
Knowledge of database concepts and SQL queries
Experience with other testing tools, such as Selenium or Appium
Familiarity with continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD) pipelines
Certification in software testing or a related field (e.g. ISTQB)
