BI Analyst

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a BI Analyst. Position type : Contract Duration : 12 months Location : Remote As a BI Analyst : Business Intelligence Analyst who will be responsible for gathering, organizing, analyzing, and visualizing data from various systems to tell impactful stories and provide insight to decision making. Responsibilities :

• Drive critical thinking and insight into challenging, unstructured decisions and problems and work with leaders in the project to bring those insights into action
• Partner with various corporate groups (Finance, HR, IT, etc.) to provide needed data and information, as well as ensuring smooth operational support from them
• Provides guidance and support toward project strategies and processes, creates metric definition and analysis, monitoring, documentation as well as root-cause analysis, and best practices Qualifications :
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience
• Experience in PowerBI, Data Analytics, and Reporting
• Bachelor's degree in statistics, business analytics, data science, or equivalent quantitative field
• Experience designing, building, and managing dashboards, reports, and datasets in Power BI Service
• Experience using Power Query and Power Pivot in MS Excel, as well as other advanced features of MS Excel such as VBA, advanced formulas, and more is required.
• Experience with data warehouse design and data governance best practices preferred.
• Working knowledge of project controls tools, including scheduling and EVMS tools and project control requirements is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project.
