We are looking for a fully remote Licensed Counselor (Spanish speaking preferred) to join our Miami, FL location. TBAC Group is not a traditional group psychology practice in that we operate in a clinic setting and are all full-time W-2 employees with full benefits, Monday through Friday (no evenings or weekends) on a collaborative team.

With over 20 full-time counselors, we educate, collaborate, and assist one another with cases and consultation and are very team-oriented.

The full-time position consists of 30 open clinical hours weekly, based on your own schedule (no weekends allowed). Sessions for the Miami location are virtual.

Monthly team meetings are virtual. Mandatory quarterly team meetings are at our office in Miami.

Compensation :

$71,500 - $100,100 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Provide individual, couples, and family counseling services to address mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, substance abuse, and grief.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans according to the needs of the clients.
• Facilitate therapeutic group meetings to help clients learn new coping skills and build healthy relationships.
• Conduct assessments and psychological testing to develop diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications :

• Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Psychologist (PsyD / Ph.D.), with active license in good standing in the state of employment or a Florida Registered Intern.
• U.S. work authorization.
• Demonstrated clinical expertise in an outpatient mental health setting.
• Knowledge of ethical standards within the counseling profession.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and problem-solving skills.
