Ledgent is partnering with a long standing client in the food service industry looking for a Senior AP Analyst to join the team to help out with the workload in the A / P department.
This would be an immediate start with an estimated duration through January / February time frame.
Hybrid schedule (2x / week on site MAX). $40-$50 / hour.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with high-volume vendor invoices (300+ / weekly)
- Support cash application efforts during peak times
- Answer A / P vendor inquiries that come up during the vendor setup process (W-9's, COI requests, tax forms, etc.)
- Address vendor questions during the setup process and provide necessary documentation
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure timely payments and confirmations
Requirements :
- 4+ years of high-volume A / P experience
- Strong working knowledge of well-known ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Great Plains)
- A / R experience - preferred (working knowledge)
