JOB SUMMARY :
Responsible for taking the lead role in coordination of all activities of the Surveillance Technicians as it pertains to the equipment repair and performance.
DIRECTLY SUPERVISES :
CCTV Technician
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Coordinates, assigns and performs the daily functions and scheduling of the CCTV Technicians.
- Trains technicians in all aspects of installation, preventive maintenance and repair of CCTV equipment.
- Orders supplies and maintains inventory of parts, materials and tools.
- Repairs and adjusts closed circuit televisions, cameras and related equipment, including but not limited to video tape recorders, digital disc recorders, monitors etc.
- Maintains a planned preventative maintenance program on all equipment including documentation of same.
- Maintains a daily log of all work performed, listing times on each job and materials used.
- Complies with all applicable regulatory codes and inspections.
- Ensures all applicable regulatory requirements are met.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :
High School Diploma or equivalency certificate. Advanced training in an electronic equipment school required. Minimum of four years’ experience in the repair and maintenance of computer-controlled security and surveillance systems required.
Knowledge of the Casino Control Act preferred.
