We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Shop Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabricating and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our shop.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands and has a passion for creating high-quality products.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in fabricating and machining parts and materials to meet customer specifications.
- Utilize CNC and prepress machinery to prepare materials for production.
- Develop and implement layout designs for various products.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure accurate typography and graphic design elements.
- Ensure color management is maintained throughout the production process.
- Operate screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints.
- Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in training new team members and supporting current staff.
Requirements :
- Strong background in fabrication and machining.
- Experience with CNC and prepress machinery.
- Proficiency in graphic design and typography.
- Knowledge of color management principles.
- Familiarity with screen printing processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with designers and other team members.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality products and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Pay : $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
