  • Enter commercials in Wide Orbit upon receiving traffic instructions from various advertisers and apply copy accordingly, making any necessary revisions upon agency request.
  • Assist in building, finessing, and downloading the daily broadcast log, making logical sense of sponsored promos and traditional commercials, while adhering to advertisers' restrictions, including content sensitivity.
  • Ensure all commercials are numbered, with correct ISCI codes and copy rotations assigned.
  • Work with advertising agency traffic contacts, coordinating traffic instructions and spot delivery to B&T as needed. Maintain traffic contact documentation.
  • Ensure timely delivery of sponsored promos from Creative Services.
  • Coordinate billboard production with CS, and schedule them on the log with traditional media accordingly.
  • Troubleshoot any on-air discrepancies with B&T in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide Ad Sales with pre or post logs or air times reporting when needed.

Qualifications :

  • Management Skills : Leadership ability is a must. Ability to be resourceful and juggle several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to accommodate last-minute changes and requests.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an emphasis on paying attention to detail.
  • Technical / Functional Competencies : Problem-solving skills – ability to work through oversell situations and with software that sometimes has limitations.
  • Ability to work with advertisers’ restrictions, making logical sense of breaks while adhering to deal contracts.
  • Analytical skills – ability to study inventory, build a logical flow on the daily broadcast log, anticipate sell-outs, and construct media plans.
