DESCRIPTION
The Help Desk / Support Specialist will support a systems engineering task.The ideal candidate will have experience withthe help desk system, meeting schedule expectations, managing system supportand providing regular communications.

Demonstrated experiencewith the following :
Demonstrated experience assistingcustomers using hotline, email and help desk tickets.
Demonstrated experienceresolving problems with software and hardware.
Demonstrated experience monitoringsystems and observing functions to detect errors.
Experience performingcorrective actions
Demonstrated experienceinstalling and performing minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheralequipment.
Demonstrated experienceoverseeing the daily performance of computer systems.
Demonstrated experiencemaintaining help desk records
Demonstrated experienceescalating incident reports to required groups and monitoring incidents.
