The Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis, the leading champion of empowerment and opportunity, is seeking an administrative professional to join our Women's Business Center as an Intake Coordinator / Associate Business Coordinator
The Intake Coordinator / Associate Business Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for clients and provides support to the WBC through administrative duties and tasks.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist clients via phone, email, social media, face to face, and manage intake information.
- Maintain client and training records, enter data in the EDMIS (entrepreneur development management information system), and ETO (efforts to outcomes systems) for quarterly and semiannual reporting.
- Process invoices and monthly billing, including contractor payments.
- Track training evaluations and ensure client confidentiality.
- Order supplies, update changes to WBC policies and procedures.
- Support program staff with follow up tasks and reporting as needed.
- Monitor client progress, update client profiles, track milestones, and other support as directed.
- Understand and follow program guidelines, including the Notice of Award, WBC Work Guide, CFR and Standard Operation Procedures.
The ideal candidate will have :
An Associate's degree in business or related field; Bachelor's preferredStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Experience working with diverse cultural / socioeconomic populations is a must.Detail oriented, client focused, and skilled in customer service.We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
