We are currently seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team in Southington, Connecticut !

Compensation :

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $135,000 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure / certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

• Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner APRN-CNP and PMHNP for practice in Connecticut
• Can commute to the Southington, CT location

Beneficial Skills & Experience :

• Forming excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinating care with external providers
• Conducts outpatient psychiatric evaluations and provides ongoing medication management
• Provides ongoing services to assigned caseload of patients including children, adolescents, and adults
• Communicate, collaborate and coordinate care with colleagues, external providers and referral sources
• Ability to use technology effectively to maintain HIPAA compliance, accurate documentation, and professional repour
