About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished Account Manager to join our global team and work across commercial, mid market and enterprise accounts.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Full responsibility for managing and developing a multi-million dollar portfolio.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.
  • Retaining clients by building strong, trusting relationships.
  • Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio.
  • Following up in a timely manner and working closely with internal teams.

About You

The successful candidate will have :

  • 5+ years' experience in SaaS business development, preferably in a post sale Account Manager role.
  • Strong experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of negotiating with key accounts.
  • Highly organised problem solving skills.
  • Self-starter skills and be able to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Polished presentation skills, and experience in presenting both to external clients and internal stakeholders (such as QBRs with Customer Success Team).

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar size and stage companies.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
