Job Title : Human Resource Manager Location : Asheville, NC Company : Quality Janitorial Group Quality Janitorial Group, a well-established family-owned janitorial company, is seeking a Human Resource Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will oversee various HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits administration, compliance, and employee development.

You will be integral to ensuring that our HR strategies align with our business goals, helping to foster a positive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities : Talent Acquisition & Onboarding : Manage the recruitment process, from interviewing to hiring and onboarding new employees.

Job Description Management : Ensure job descriptions are current and comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Training & Development : Develop training materials and performance management programs to ensure employees are clear on job responsibilities.

Compensation Strategy : Create and maintain a compensation strategy based on market research and salary surveys. Employee Relations : Address employee issues and conflicts, bringing them to resolution in a timely manner.

Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations. Performance Management : Utilize performance management tools to provide feedback and guidance to team members.

Policy Administration : Ensure consistent application of company HR policies across all departments. Organizational Structure : Maintain the company’s organizational charts and employee directory.

Strategic Alignment : Partner with management to ensure HR goals align with business initiatives. HR Systems Management : Oversee HR systems, processes, and records.

Compensation & Benefits Analysis : Analyze trends and make recommendations for compensation and benefits. Employee Retention : Design and implement strategies to enhance employee retention.

Requirements : Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role. Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations. Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
