About the Role

Job Title : Senior Project Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Management : Oversee complex projects and support business goals.
• Business Needs Discovery : Identify and translate business needs and evaluate ideas and ensure compliance.
• Solutions Management : Develop and prioritize solutions and assess risks and analyze vendor proposals.
• Consulting : Advise on business outcomes and streamline processes.
• Communications & Change Management : Communicate change plans and apply best practices.

Minimum Qualifications :

Education :

• Bachelor’s in Business, Accounting, MIS, or Computer Science preferred.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Experience :

• 6+ years in project management.
• 4+ years in requirements and quality analysis.
• Financial / Retail sector experience preferred.
• Big emphasis on test planning, User Acceptance Testing

Skills :

• Knowledge of financial products and credit union operations.
• Strong in business analysis and process improvement.
• Excellent research and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused and proactive.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Desired Qualifications :

Nice to have experience in health / Banking domain.

Location : This is a Hybrid Role (Sacramento, CA)

Salary Range : The salary for this position is between $90000 $93000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
