Duties :
The FPAC On-Call Staff carries out ticket sales and other transactions in person and by phone, is a point of reference for inquiries, and provides exceptional customer service.
This position requires a flexible schedule since evening and weekend hours are required.
Education / Experience :
Minimum : High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) required.

Qualifications :
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel, etc.), Outlook email and internet
- Excellent interpersonal, supervisory and communication skills
- 2+ years of strong customer service skills
- Motivated, self-directed; strong administrative and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to perform basic accounting tasks as associated with box office operations
- Be able to move quickly, including stairs, and be able to lift at least 20 lbs.
- Previous house management experience a plus
