Hueman Direct Hire is seeking a highly skilled Medical Center Supervisor to lead the efficient management and operation of a healthcare facility in Orlando, FL.
The ideal candidate will oversee all specialty disciplines and clinic sites, ensuring that medical specialists have the resources needed to provide excellent patient care while achieving financial goals.
Responsibilities :
Staff Supervision : Directly supervise all personnel; ensure adequate staffing levels; promote teamwork and provide training on center policies and procedures.
Performance Management : Evaluate employee performance, recommend personnel changes, and handle counseling and disciplinary actions as needed.
Policy Development : Assist in updating policy and procedure manuals; ensure compliance with operational standards.
Financial Oversight : Process daily cash reconciliation, manage deposits, and safeguard petty cash; submit monthly statistical reports to Upper Management.
Department Goals : Develop and implement departmental goals and measures to ensure effective results.
Procurement : Recommend and oversee the procurement of supplies, equipment, and necessary modifications for operational efficiency.
On-Call Rotation : Comply with on-call rotation requirements.
Productivity Analysis : Analyze and develop strategies to improve departmental productivity and physician / member services.
Marketing Collaboration : Work with the Marketing Department to develop strategies for increasing and retaining membership.
Member Relations : Handle member complaints and ensure timely issuance of referrals.
Compliance : Maintain updated documentation of licenses and training to meet regulatory requirements.
Communication : Maintain open communication with the assistant administrator regarding daily operational issues.
Meetings : Schedule and conduct supervision and staff meetings.
Customer Satisfaction : Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction among all members.
Additional Duties : Perform other tasks as assigned and manage all employees within the department, including performance management and hiring.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet usage.
Strong customer service skills and training.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Previous healthcare experience (preferred).
Relevant vocational coursework (preferred).
