Taft is currently seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join our team. We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support our team in the Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Indianapolis or Minneapolis office.

Duties and Responsibilities : Assist in the execution of the firm’s strategic procurement plan Maintain timely and accurate organization of firm-wide contracts Communicate with vendors, clients, customers, team members, and managers to align goals Design process for moving from paper to electronic for all vendors including maintaining a digital contracting platform Assist in firm-wide travel program including booking and planning High level of organization and attention to detail Individual in this position will provide additional assistance and support as directed by the supervisor Requirements : Computer and mathematical aptitude Ability to follow up on complex and detailed work activities Attention to detail Excellent organizational and customer service skills Ability to troubleshoot problems Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with exceptional skills in Excel and Word Excellent written and verbal communications skills, tact, discretion, dependability and confidentiality Ability to multi-task in a dynamic working environment Competencies : Communication Proficiency Analytical Thinking Organizational Skills Flexibility with change Computer software aptitude Online portal management Education and Experience : High School diploma.
Prior Purchasing and Administrative experience preferred. Taft is a State of Minnesota and City of St. Paul Affirmative Action Employer as required in those jurisdictions.
