Job Description* Receive, sort, and securely distribute incoming mail (including packages, food deliveries, dry cleaning, etc) to tenants and staff.
- Process outgoing mail and courier deliveries, ensuring proper postage and handling.* Maintain accurate records of mail received and delivered.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and staff with mail inquiries.* Maintain a clean and organized mailroom environment.
- May photocopy, scan, or fax documents as needed (depending on company setup).* Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications : * Organizational skills* Attention to detail* Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and privacy* Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills* Ability to prioritize and work under pressure* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 25 lbs.* Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible hours may be required (depending on company needs).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
