Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are currently employed full-time and are looking to take on additional work on the side.

The Part-Time Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates to help meet our staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing

  • Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to source potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Screening and Evaluation

  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit for specific roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Interview Coordination

  • Manage interview schedules, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Provide candidates with relevant information about the role and interview process.

Candidate Management

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing prompt feedback and updates.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience recruiting for a variety of roles across different industries.
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting strategies.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with potential candidates.
