Position : Parts Inventory and Sales Associate
Pay : $20 / hour - $25 / hour
Shift : 1st
Location : Richfield, OH
Parts Inventory and Sales Associate Summary :
The Parts Inventory and Sales Associate is a multi-functional role working as a customer-facing parts professional. Compensation is negotiable based on qualifications.
Job Duties :
- Professionally represent the company and branch to all customers.
- Exceed customer expectations during every sales transaction including over the counter (OTC) and customer location parts sales.
- Accurately manage warehouse parts inventory including receipt of vendor and manufacturer orders.
- Managing product core returns and maintaining proper inventory levels to support the service and OTC sales.
- Safely operate company vehicle including ensuring the delivery vehicle is properly maintained including cleanliness inside and out.
- Ability to professionally communicate with the Parts Manager regarding all parts of department business and branch business functions.
- Assists in the physical inventory of the Parts Department.
- Maintains a clean and orderly work area according to Company policies and procedures.
- Safely operate a delivery van.
- Load and unload delivery van with parts identified for customers and deliver parts to customers.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Represent the company positively and professionally to customers and the public.
Work Experience & Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; Six (6) months of equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Valid Driver's License and Clean driving record.
