Responsibilities :
- Conduct initial mental health evaluations and devise realistic treatment plans.
- Assess clients using standardized assessment / screening tools.
- Provide brief, solution-focused therapy to clients.
- Facilitate group psychoeducation / treatment for chronic medical conditions.
- Offer information, referrals, and care coordination services.
- Perform crisis assessments / triage with suitable interventions.
- Deliver wellness-related services as needed.
- Document all services in compliance with requirements and manage records electronically.
- Fulfill other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications :
- A Master's Degree in Social Work.
- An LCSW license in California.
- 6 months to 1 year of professional experience.
- Willingness to travel within a 20-30 mile radius.
- Correctional work experience.
