Your role in our mission
Essential Job Functions
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Ability to work cross functionally and collaborate with other departments.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
- Support performance management processes and employee development efforts.
- Provide support for employee engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture by promoting company values and initiatives.
What we're looking for
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of HR experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SAP / SuccessFactors.
- Familiarity with ADP.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
