Your role in our mission

Essential Job Functions

• Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Ability to work cross functionally and collaborate with other departments.
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
• Support performance management processes and employee development efforts.
• Provide support for employee engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture by promoting company values and initiatives.

What we're looking for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of HR experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP / SuccessFactors.
• Familiarity with ADP.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
