Title : Data Management Specialist

Pay Rate : $ - (based on experience)

Work Location : Atlanta, GA - HYBRID

3 days onsite; 2 day remote

Duration : Position is a 4 month contract role with a possibility of extension

Schedule : 40 hours week / / Monday - Friday

Our client is seeking an experienced Administrative and Data Management Specialist to join their team. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, data analysis, and project management support.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Perform a variety of administrative functions, focused on Shipper support using Excel
• Assist vendors and sellers, supply chain management, and communicating with Shipper carriers
• Project management and coaching shippers
• Support shipper operations, coaching vendors and sellers, managing supply chain communications, and maintaining email communication.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of data analytic / management experience required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP's. Please specify your level of expertise on your resume.
• Experience with SQL and MS Office suite.
• Comfortable working with data sets and numbers.
• Understanding of general project management
• General knowledge in supply chain transportation is a plus.
