Clinic Patient Representative - Spohn Multi-SpecialtyClinic

Summary :
Serves as the initial point of contact for patients andvisitors, welcoming them to the Family Health Center. Supports thecenter’s operation by setting up appointments, maintaining the cashdrawer, posting charges, and assuring the accuracy of patientdemographics using the hospital’s computer system
Responsibilities :
- Monitor the debit and credit of clientaccounts
- Performs posting operation toinstitutional clients, and reviews all billing transactions relatedto accounts receivable system
- Resolves clientinquires and complaints on institutional billingtransactions
- Perform order entry, registration,and other clerical duties
- Perform the trainingof all clerical staff in the proper registration and printing ofpatient reports
- Perform other clerical dutiesas needed which can include insurance verification, recordingstatistics, registering patients and updating patientaccounts
- Also assists with scheduling patientappointments, answers phones and inform patients of theirbenefits
- Also, complete other duties asneeded
Requirements :
