What You’ll Do :

  • Team Collaboration : We foster a collaborative work environment where every team member’s contributions are valued. As the Business Office Director, you will work closely with other team leaders and team members to ensure the well-being of our residents and the success of our facility.
  • Financial Maestro : Master the art of financial record-keeping, from accounts receivable to accounts payable and resident billing.

Collaborate with the executive team to craft and manage our annual budget. Keep a vigilant eye on expenses, revenue, and cash flow, swooping in to solve financial puzzles.

HR Dynamo : Lead our HR efforts, from talent acquisition to payroll and benefits management. Maintain meticulous personnel records and ensure we’re in step with employment regulations.

Nurture a positive and inclusive workplace culture, ordering guidance and support to our stellar team.

Customer Service Extraordinaire : Embrace every opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, with it’s a resident, family member, or a friendly visitor!

What You Bring :

  • Education : A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Administrative Expertise : Familiarity with administrative policies, procedures, and experience in office administration and management.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skill to interact effectively with residents, families, team members, and others.
  • Bright Outlook : A positive attitude is contagious and can uplist the spirits of everyone around. The Business Office Director who maintains a positive outlook can inspire optimism among residents and motivate team members to provide their best care and service.

Physical Demands : The physical demands of the Business Office Director role are light to moderate. It mainly involved desk work, computer use, occasional walking within the community, and light lifting.

Effective communication is a key aspect of the position, but heavy physical labor is not a significant part of the role.
