Salary : $80,000 - $105,000

Job Summary :

As the Technical Team Lead, you will oversee our IT infrastructure, ensuring that our systems run smoothly and efficiently.

You will play a crucial role in managing our network, cloud services, and communication tools, while also leading a team of IT professionals.

Your strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills will be key to enhancing our IT operations and supporting our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Network Management : Design, implement, and maintain robust networking solutions, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Cloud Services : Manage and support Microsoft 365 (O365) and Azure environments, including user administration, security, and compliance.
• Virtualization : Oversee virtualization technologies to enhance resource utilization and system performance.
• VOIP Systems : Administer and optimize VOIP systems for efficient communication across the organization.
• Peripheral Devices : Ensure proper setup and maintenance of peripheral devices, providing technical support as needed.
• Active Directory : Manage Active Directory services, including user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
• Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor IT staff, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional development.
• Problem Solving : Diagnose and resolve IT issues in a timely manner, maintaining high levels of user satisfaction.
• Documentation : Maintain up-to-date documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.
• Strategic Planning : Collaborate with management to align IT strategies with business goals, identifying areas for improvement and growth.

Qualifications :

• 3+ years of experience in IT management or a similar role, with a strong focus on networking.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization technologies, VOIP, Active Directory, and peripheral device management.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator, Cisco Certified Network Associate) are a plus.
