As part of a hardworking team technicians and engineers, you will build human rated orbital launch vehicles. This is a boots-on-the-ground, hands-on-hardware, assembly technician role.

This is for the tinkers, the makers, the creatives, the pioneers, the problem solvers, those who own their role as if they are going to fly on the vehicle.

We are building a road to space, and a rocket that approximates the size of the Saturn V. The path is long, with challenges at every step of the way.

Opportunities to do extraordinary things, make a difference, and leave a lasting legacy are limited only by your ability and desire to grasp them.

Here, if you’re bored, you’re not doing it right.

We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight.

Passion for our mission and vision is required!

If you share our passions and vision, thrive in a dynamic startup environment, excel on integrated cross-functional teams of diverse individuals, are experienced and skilled in several relevant technologies (even if perhaps not in the aerospace industry), continuously seek out opportunities to learn and improve, and do not allow title or job description to limit the depth or breadth of your contributions, then we would love to hear from you.

  • Support the development of manufacturing work instructions to clearly define the following manufacturing processes : receiving inspection, fabrication, assembly, test, and integration, and refurbishment
  • Identify non-conformances and escapes, support and deploy corrective actions

Minimum Qualifications :

  • 2 to 4 years of manufacturing or engine assembly experience
  • Mastery of precision and tight tolerance assembly
  • Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings
  • Extensive experience reading and understanding specifications and detailed work instructions
  • Proven experience and successful track record in developing new processes
  • Strong written, personal, technical, and software skills (CAD, Scheduling, Issue Tracking, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)

  • Work schedule may vary depending on business need
  • Remain flexible by working overtime and weekends (when necessary)
  • Able and willing to travel for the first 6-12 months for training.

We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’

t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
