As an Accounting and Payroll Manager, your purpose will be to help us deliver on our promise to provide solutions that inspire success, crafted for this place and the people we share it with.

You will be responsible for performing a variety of day-to-day technical and analytical plastic card, payroll, and accounting functions.

You will oversee and train our Accounting Specialists on plastic card balancing, and general ledger entries, and supervise processing chargeback disputes.

You will also ensure payroll and employee benefits are processed accurately using ADP and vendor websites.

In this position, you will also learn the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes to back up the VP of Accounting and increase our strength in the accounting department.

In addition to our generous benefits package, the market range for the Accounting and Payroll Manager position is $49,192.52 - $73,788.78.

This position is an on-site position, located in Helena, Montana.

The minimum qualifications for the Accounting and Payroll Manager position are :

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Associate’s degree is required.
• Prior plastic card experience, preferred.
• Prior payroll experience, is required.
• 3-5 years of financial institution experience, preferred.
• Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Working knowledge of systems and products in relation to plastic card procedures, payroll, and accounting practices.

The ideal candidate will have had extensive success demonstrating critical thinking, communication, and team mindset orientation skills.
