Indiana and Illinois Licensed Insurance Defense Attorney Needed!
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Indiana and Illinois Licensed Insurance Defense Attorney 2+ years of experience to handle a variety of complex litigation issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury and insuranse defense, excellent negotiation skills and writing skills, and a proven track record of providing strategic legal advice.
Responsibilities :
- Handle all aspects of personal injury / insurance defense litigation.
- Be ready to handle practice areas such as construction, trucking, coverage, commercial, fire and casualty.
- Ability to handle discovery, depositions and motion pracitce with a minimmum of supervision.
- Collaborating with other legal professionals and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive legal support.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice and in good standing in IL and IN or just IN but willing to work in Chicago
- 2+ years of experience
- Excellent writing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
