Job Description Associate Director of Creative Design at Eccalon LLC , located in Hanover, MD , United States. This role targets candidates with a Bachelor Degree and is within the Graphic Design field.

Responsibilities Team Leadership and Management :

Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team of UI / UX designers, Communications specialists, and Graphics designers.

Set clear expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and ensure the team\'s professional growth.

Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.

UI / UX Design :

Oversee the design and optimization of user interfaces to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience for our digital products and services.

Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to align design with business goals and technical constraints.

Communications Strategy :

Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across various channels.

Manage the creation of marketing collateral, press releases, and other materials to support our brand and business objectives.

Graphic Design :

Drive the creation of visually stunning graphics, branding materials, and promotional assets.

Maintain a cohesive visual identity for our brand across all touchpoints.

Project Management :

Establish project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all design projects are completed on time and within budget.

Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to meet project goals and objectives.

Design Standards and Quality Assurance :

Set and uphold design standards, ensuring the highest quality and consistency across all creative work.

Perform regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Market Research and Trend Analysis :

Stay informed about design and industry trends, keeping the team up-to-date with the latest advancements in design and user experience.

Integrate best practices and innovative techniques into the creative process.

Qualifications :

Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).

Proven experience in leading creative teams and managing cross-functional design projects.

Proficiency in UI / UX design principles and best practices.

Strong knowledge of design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).

Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack).

Ability to think creatively and strategically, while also executing on a tactical level.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
