As they chart their course toward further expansion, they are seeking a dynamic Bilingual (Spanish) Operations Associate with a strong background in recruitment and quality control to join their vibrant team.
Role Overview :
As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations department.
You will be responsible for monitoring the daily operations and maintenance of cleaning locations, creating schedules, conducting inspections, handling complaints, and assisting with independent contractor change-outs.
Your primary objective will be to maintain client satisfaction while keeping our independent contractors informed and motivated to deliver high-quality services and minimize client cancelations.
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 p.m. but may be flexible as agreed upon between executive management and employee.
On call availability and periodic additional time including nights and weekends or as job duties demand.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create schedules, conduct site inspections, and manage customer and contractor complaints efficiently.
- Engage proactively with contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards and high-quality service delivery.
- Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to customer retention strategies.
- Handle complaint resolutions promptly, ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications :
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting through social media platforms, with a focus on service industries.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Proven job tenure and a track record of reliability and excellence in previous roles.
- Ability to take control of situations, ensuring customer and contractor satisfaction.
- Experience in team development and a hard-working, humble attitude.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for onsite visits.
Travel Requirements :
This position requires heavy day time travel across the DFW metroplex. Travel is 85% of the job.
Required Education and Experience :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in operations or facilities management.
Preferred Education and Experience :
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning services or janitorial industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using AirTable, Facebook for recruiting, and other software applications is a plus.
