Responsibilities
- Ability to work assigned hours / days and report to work on-time
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Build / pick orders for dock routes in a timely and accurate manner
- Ability to handle keg products
- Pick bottle orders using Pick 2 Voice system
- Responsible for loading product on trucks and organizing according to loading standards.
- Move product by safely and responsibly operating material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, reach truck, slip-sheet lift, clamp truck, and floor scrubber, as needed
- Perform daily inspection of assigned warehouse equipment and report any deficiencies
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations
- Safe and proper handling of product, including replenishment of product locations
- Meet and maintain all productivity standards
- Able to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed
Qualifications
- High School diploma or its equivalent, preferred
- Previous warehouse experience and / or training
- Experience operating material handling equipment
- WMS experience preferred
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written English instructions
- Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment
- Demonstrate and exhibit high levels of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
Physical Demands of Job :
- Carrying and lifting of up to 65 pounds to perform various duties as assigned for extended periods
- Ability to move full kegs (160lbs)
- Frequent reaching with intermittent reaching overhead
- Standing for extended periods of time to perform various duties
- Walking for extended periods of time to perform various duties
- Frequent squatting and / or bending to perform various duties as assigned
