Job Description

We are currently seeking a Dispatcher / Scheduler with experience in Inspection scheduling to conduct the deployment and routing of 50+ field inspectors daily.

• Work with the Dispatch Team to ensure compliance of work instructions to the field employees in order to provide an efficient and productive work environment,
• Provide optimum customer service to clients and accurate records of job

status updates.

• This position is responsible for directing / scheduling field inspectors as well as daily communication with our clients.
• Dispatch work orders and details to inspectors daily thru phone call and email
• Provide updates and follow up on jobs for numerous construction projects
• Monitoring inspectors, handling paperwork, entering correct information into the system

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience required. Experience in logistics, construction and / or manpower scheduling preferred
• Proficient in MS Office / computer literate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be customer focused and team orientated
• Proactive, self-starter, problem solver
• Ability to work with clients, operational staff, field and management
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
• Ability to prioritize while keeping an eye on detail
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Knowledge of NYC and the 5 boroughs a MUST
