Direct Care Workers NEEDED FOR IMMEDIATE SHIFTS IN TUCSON AND SURROUNDING AREAS.
Preferred Care at Home of Tucson is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Workers to provide personal care services for our senior clients in Tucson.
This is a part-time, hourly, in home position.
As a DCW, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients by assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Hourly wage starting at $17.00 an hour, paid biweekly

Responsibilities :
- Provide personal care to include assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting (incontinence care) and transfers
- Meal preparation and ensuring dietary requirements are met
- Help with medication reminders
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor clients for any changes in health or behavior
Requirements :
- DCW certified
- In Person CPR and First Aid
- Current Negative TB Result
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous experience as a caregiver (minimum 1 year)
