Job Title : POMSNet Analyst
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented POMSNet Analyst to join our team. The POMSNet Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data generated by the POMSNet system to help improve operational efficiency and decision-making within the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Collect and analyze data from POMSNet system to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop reports and dashboards to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements based on data analysis.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users of the POMSNet system.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and recommend enhancements to POMSNet system.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Previous experience working with POMSNet or similar operational management system.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
