You will :
- Work one on one with clients and sales to solve complex billing issues within all Pitney Bowes entities via phone, email and chat
- Collaborate with other departments to solve client issues
- Find root cause to prevent repeat issues
- Collect on accounts where appropriate
- Help drive PB revenue by identifying customer needs and providing recommendations to clients on service / product use where appropriate

Your Background :
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Highly organized with ability to multitask and manage change
- Demonstrated ability to manage your workday with little guidance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for discussing topics with clients with great attention to detail
- Active listening skills to determine customer needs and a best course of action
- Ability to be patient and friendly with all types of customers
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with computers and telephone etiquette
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide clear and concise directions to customers
- High School diploma or equivalent
