Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and track key performance metrics to ensure high-quality customer serviceLead staffing efforts, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training processesFoster a positive team culture and maintain morale among remote team membersQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field plus 3-5 years of customer service experience, or HS Diploma plus 8 years of customer service experience1-2 years of management experience, ideally in customer serviceProficient in Microsoft Office products and ExcelStrong data literacy to turn metrics into actionable improvementsExperience with ERP or Zendesk systems is a plus
