We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic team in the fitness industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and lead the customer service team to ensure a positive customer experience
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Train and coach customer service representatives on product knowledge and service standards
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences to enhance service offerings
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager in the fitness or related industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of fitness products and services
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
