Apply now for the position of Tax Accountant and join our team to support the company with its US income tax compliance and accounting for income taxes, as well as support special projects, including automation and digitalization projects.

This is a hybrid position in our Malvern, Pennsylvania or Knoxville, Tennessee office.

Your Role :

  • Assist with all US domestic and some international income tax matters, including data gathering and ensuring company compliance with tax reporting and filing requirements.
  • Prepare and submit income tax provisions.
  • Prepare and analyze general ledger tax account reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation and / or review of federal, state, and local income / franchise tax returns, including quarterly estimated tax payments.
  • Participate in projects to streamline the various compliance processes and opportunity to create efficiencies through automation.

Your Expertise :

  • Knowledge of Corporate Income Taxation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Corptax and various tax law research software.
  • Experience with SAP, Power BI, and Alteryx a plus.

Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position :

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Master's degree in accounting a plus.
  • Internships or similar work experience in a Corporate Income Tax Department or nationally recognized accounting firm.
  • The ability to work under tight timelines and the capability to make decisions quickly and with accuracy.
  • Must be able to prioritize, and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Written and verbal communication skills to communicate and present tax accounting and compliance matters.
