What You’ll Do

  • Support the global process for exiting discontinued SKUs, to ensure we have a smooth supply chain transition to new products.
  • Help monitor progress through various process stages; work with demand, supply, master data and commercial teams to ensure timely action / closeout.
  • Responsible for executing on functional and business goals
  • Addresses problems across functional areas of the business
  • Influences individuals within and outside of immediate department
  • Responsible for meeting budgetary goals and objectives
  • Prepares and presents information with accuracy and appropriate detail
  • Lead a group of data analysts to support cross functional projects. Oversee development of project roadmap, requirements gathering, implementation, measurement, and next-step recommendations.

Ensure on time delivery of specific goals and requirements for various initiatives

  • Strategic partner working closely with business stakeholders to provide thought-leadership to executive audiences, facilitating data-driven fact-based decisions
  • Builds reports and visualizations using Power BI to effectively communicate data driven insights to users for a variety of audiences e.

g. visualization solutions of data into reports, graphics, dashboards to illustrate facts, trends, and insights

  • Deliver key findings to members of the business through presentations and direct engagement that contribute to improved decision making
  • Perform advanced analysis utilizing Alteryx / SQL / Python (or similar) on key initiatives and metrics to recommend actions that will increase efficiencies / reduce costs / drive revenue
  • Keeps up-to-date clear documentation for KPIs, dashboards and data management processes
  • Establish best practices that support supply chain, finance, product teams, etc.

What You’ll Do

  • Superior oral and written communication in English.
  • At least a bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or a relevant technical field.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in SQL, Python, Spark, PySpark, DBT, Snowflake, Snowpark, Amazon EKS, Amazon EMR, Collibra, Data Modeling, Data Architecture, or other work related to the construction of enterprise data assets.
  • Cloud experience with AWS and Snowflake.
  • Work within enterprise data platforms and data lakes using big data technologies (AWS, Snowflake).
  • Design and develop reusable data pipelines in PySpark and DBT.
  • Design, construct, and manage big data pipelines in Amazon Web Services data lake environment, including data ingestion, staging, data quality monitoring, and business modeling.
  • Create data models and data architecture to support HTAS initiatives and BI workloads.
  • Create Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment (CICD - Github, Jenkins) Big Data pipelines and support statistical model deployments using innovative Cloud technologies.
  • Experience working with API and web-scraped data.
  • Understanding of ERPs like SAP, JDE, JDA is a plus

Preferred :

Durable Consumer products industry experience desired, preferably in the Tools industry.
