K.Payne Contracting, LLC has been in business since November, 2016, growing from a one woman operation into a large team of professionals.
Our office, located in the heart of north Nashville, serves as the base of cleaning operations for many satisfied customers and businesses.

Responsibilities :
- A Commercial Cleaner is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, emptying trash and public areas.
- Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming them.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and towels.
- Strip, seal finish and polish floors
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
