Shift) in Bennington, Vermont, and play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our youth during their sleeping hours.

Responsibilities : full job description available at time of interview

• Provide attentive supervision and support to youth during their sleeping hours.
• Model appropriate behavior and guide students in navigating challenges.
• Respond to crisis situations with professionalism and compassion.
• Collaborate closely with team members to maintain a nurturing environment for our youth.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and a minimum age of 21.
• Successful completion of background and pre-employment checks.
• Preferred previous experience working with at-risk adolescents.
