We are seeking a talented full-time Office Administrator / Coordinator.

Job Summary :

Employee will help with any variety of front office duties, to include at minimum : answer phones, data entry, ordering supplies, communicating with customers and vendors where appropriate.

Projects will also include Excel Sheets, Power Points, QuickBooks entries and others as needed.

  • Responsible for receiving and administrating phone calls and emails from customers and PAS / PPS employees.
  • Support the staff with administrative skills, including writing, typing, editing, data entry, and data maintenance.
  • Ensure a vibrant and hospitable first impression on the phone, in person, following up with customer requests.
  • Demonstrate competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Proficient in QuickBooks.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and procure office supplies, marketing material, and food.
  • Coordinate and facilitate customer visits and office functions.
  • Help with inventory and receiving of goods plus outbound shipping help.
  • Cross-train and learn other functions as needed.

Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2-year's experience in office support
  • Experience with data entry, detail coordination, customer communication or customer support
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office & typing
  • Listening / Speaking skills to work with the public
