Cook (Kitchen)

NEW LOCATION : Join Our Growing Team in Polk City!

This part-time position works typical shifts of 6 : 30am-1pm or 1pm-7pm, though we have some flexibility on start and end times.

This position works every other weekend (with a reduction in weekday hours), approximately 2-3 major or minor holidays per year (with special holiday pay).

Our Cook positions start at $16 / hour for minimal experience. We do annual raises based on budget capacity, and you also have the opportunity for a discretionary bonus at your anniversary.

The full-time Cook position is eligible for subsidized health and dental insurance, vision insurance, free life and long-term disability insurance, a 401k match, PTO and long-term sick pay, and other benefits.

What do Cooks at On With Life do?

• prepare and serve high quality, nutritious meals to persons served, families, guests and staff
• adhere to person-specific dietary restrictions or needs
• maintain a safe kitchen and dining space that adheres to facility, industry and regulatory standards
