Responsibilities :

Collaborateclosely with clients to understand their event vision goals andpreferences.

Designand plan unique and memorable events considering all aspects suchas themes venues decor entertainment andlogistics.

Utilizeyour strong organizational skills to coordinate event schedulestimelines and all necessary arrangements withprecision.

Maintainopen communication with clients ensuring their expectations are metand exceeded throughout the event planningprocess.

Cultivateand maintain relationships with a diverse array of vendorsnegotiating terms and securing services to enhanceevents.

Staycurrent with event industry trends emerging technologies andinnovative ideas to deliver exceptional eventexperiences.

Participatein comprehensive training provided by the company to expand yourevent planning knowledge andskills.

Troubleshootand resolve any challenges that may arise before or during eventsshowcasing your problemsolvingabilities.

Requirements :

Mustbe at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the USAAustralia andMexico.

Possessa computer smartphone or tablet with reliable internet access tofacilitate remote worktasks.

Strongorganizational capabilities effective multitasking and meticulousattention todetail.

Exceptionalinterpersonal and customer service skills to build rapport withclients vendors and teammembers.

Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills for seamless interactionandcoordination.
